Small team, big impact
Founder Josh Naugher spent years inside some of the world’s biggest ad agencies, making TV commercials and video for brands like McDonald’s, JanSport, T-Mobile, and Nordstrom. He realized video production always slowed to a crawl for the same reasons. The agency had oversized teams and layers of endless internal approvals. Is was easy for clients to ask “why are we paying for all this?”
So he built the opposite. 36 Arms is a lean Seattle video production company that works directly with decision makers to solve problems. No bloat so you only pay for the people doing the work, not the layers in between.
